We believe in proof, not slideware. In our 2-week pilot program, we scope, write, and execute a fully parallelized, isolated API test suite for up to 60 of your endpoints. If you aren't convinced by the results, you pay nothing.
Here is exactly what happens over the two weeks to stand up your automated suite.
We ingest your OpenAPI/Swagger schema files or endpoint collections. Our AI-native engine analyzes your path hierarchy, maps request parameters, and drafts the initial test suite outline. We hold a 30-minute kickoff meeting to align on critical transaction sequences (e.g. checkout or signups) to scope up to 60 endpoints.
We integrate with your staging or sandbox database environment. Our team establishes isolated test credential sets (e.g. test tokens) and configures webhook action hooks in your GitHub Actions or GitLab CI repositories to trigger runs on every commit automatically.
We generate the complete suite in pure, open-source Java & RestAssured as our default stack (Playwright is still available on request). A senior QA architect manually validates every single transaction, adding custom response assertions, transaction parameter chaining, and automated database setup/cleanup logic matching our TDS v1.0 specifications.
We connect execution webhooks, configure Slack/Discord alerts, and verify execution triggers on your CI pipeline. During this phase, you can request API test runs directly on our platform, where we maintain and run the suite end-to-end. We do not perform code handoffs during the active contract; the complete execution flow and clean Java codebase are handed over to your team only if and when you choose to end the contract.
The pilot is designed to consume almost none of your engineering time. Kickoff takes ~30 minutes; after that, we build while your team keeps shipping.
Most teams roll the pilot straight into the monthly subscription: unlimited execution on every deploy, full maintenance and self-healing for in-scope API changes, and triaged bug reports.
Go from 60 to your full API surface — 120, 300, or more — at volume rates that fall as you grow. UI and mobile layers become natural next steps once the API layer is trusted.
If the results don't convince you, the pilot costs nothing. And if you ever end a paid contract, the complete Java & RestAssured codebase is handed over — no proprietary SDKs, no lock-in.
mvn testHow we ensure complete security and database safety during the pilot program.
QA Watch never interacts with your production environment or database. All writing, execution, and testing operations are restricted to staging, UAT, sandbox, or developer local containers.
We work with you to configure scoped service credentials that only have access to mock test customers or isolated organizational entities, preventing data cross-leakage during builds.
If your staging env is hosted behind enterprise firewalls, our runners execute from a set of fixed, static IP addresses. You can easily configure whitelisting rules in AWS, GCP, or on-prem gateways.
We commit raw Java & RestAssured code directly to your codebase. If you ever cancel, you keep 100% of the test code—no proprietary SDK wrappers, proxy servers, or platform locks.
