Privacy Policy

QA Watch is a brand of Softknack Technologies Pvt Ltd ("QA Watch", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use qawatch.ai or engage us for API test automation, and how we handle it. It is a plain-language summary — for contracted clients, the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing terms govern.

What we collect

• Contact details you share — name, work email, company, and any message or API spec URL you send via our demo request, audit tool, or email.
• Technical information — for delivery engagements, the API documentation, staging credentials, and repository access you provide so we can build and run your test suite.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, device/browser) if analytics is enabled, used only to improve the site.

How we use it

• To respond to demo requests, scope pilots, and deliver the service you engage us for.
• To operate, maintain, and run your test suites on our infrastructure during an active contract.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use client API data to train models for other clients.

Your data during a delivery engagement

We test only against staging, UAT, sandbox, or developer environments — never production — using scoped, isolated test credentials. Access is limited to what is required for the contracted scope, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. All generated test code is committed to your repository and belongs to you.

Retention & security

We retain contact information for as long as needed to serve you or as required by law, and delivery credentials only for the life of the contract. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you share with us.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared. Email help@softknack.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
