These terms govern your use of the qawatch.ai website and the QA Watch service, operated as a brand of Softknack Technologies Pvt Ltd ("QA Watch", "we", "us"). Paid engagements are additionally governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW), which take precedence over anything on this page.
QA Watch delivers managed API test automation: we convert your API documentation into a chained, execution-ready test suite, which a senior QA engineer reviews and hardens, then run and maintain it on our infrastructure. Scope, pricing, and delivery cadence for any engagement are defined in your SOW.
Figures, statistics, and third-party research cited on this site are provided for general information and link to their original sources. Illustrative pricing, timelines, and interactive tools (including the pricing calculator and spec audit) are estimates for guidance only and do not constitute a binding quote or a guarantee of a specific result. A binding quote is provided in a written proposal.
Unless your SOW states otherwise, the test code we generate for you is written in open-source tooling (Java & RestAssured, or Playwright on request), contains no proprietary lock-in, and is yours to keep — committed to your repository and retained by you if the contract ends.
Fees, billing, and contract term are set out in your SOW. Contracts are quoted and billed in USD; local-currency figures on the site are indicative only. Cancellation and notice terms are defined in the agreement.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for the website is limited; liability for paid services is as set out in the MSA. Testing reduces risk but cannot guarantee software is free of all defects.
